We didn’t see it coming

but we didn’t need to.

Not everything needs

to be a story.

Can you imagine

your children are 

trapped in a sack

by a badger but

all’s well that ends well

A happy life can hold

an episode or two

of terror

And a rabbit’s life, so short!

If they can do it,

fictionally or otherwise

what is my problem
